Yes I can send it back and get a refund. I am fraid to order anymore cause I am fraid it will be broken again. Very disappointed.I got this as a gift for a family member and almost decided to get them something else and keep this for me. It's very cute and beautiful to look at. Keep out of direct sunlight however as this will help to prolong the flowers and not cause them to fade- I know this from past experiences.
