The Building was first introduced in 1995 and was retired in 2000, measures, 8.5" x 7.5" x 8". The Piece is Brand New, wrapped in plastic and comes in the original packaging with light cord & booklet, sleeve has some smudges, comes from a Smoke free environment. Thank You!!!

The building is exactly what I expected. However, I was very disappointed when the electrical cord was not in the box. I notified the seller and eventually received one. The cord I received was not an original Dept 56 cord as it is all plastic.
